Step, Kick, Kick, Leap, Kick, Touch, Again. . ..

So we're about a week from opening. It's a lot of material to get through but it's going fairly well. If cleaning and tech goes well it will be fine.

We had our first orchestra rehearsals yesterday. They went ok. I was a little unfamiliar with a few tunes having only been through them once in rehearsal or not at all and really needing to stage them to get a feel for them. But that will all iron itself out in the next week. The Montage will be difficult for the first few dress rehearsals and will be difficult every time a sub musician comes in. I wish they wouldn't allow subs for a such a short run but I don't really get to decide that. Oh well.

Tech is going really slowly (I'm doing this while they're focusing a light) but hopefully it will all be worth it. Anyhow, I'm gonna jet and get some work on Peter Pan done.
